New songs and old ballads played sparsely on banjo, fiddle and voice. An ever evolving project. Sometimes it’s many voices layered upon themselves, improvised and mildly eerie like in the project Human d’Scent. Sometimes it’s a child ballad with a harmonizing fiddle. A lot of times it’s my own music about being a mother, living in this world, somehow finding my way through the mess and the beauty.

A new album will be coming out in 2027 featuring a full band! Anders Griffin on drums, Sean Riddle on bass, Cale Israel on trombone, and Andy Allen on woodwinds. More on this soon!
